Jewell Medspa staff have always been welcoming, warm and informative. Hillary has helped me thru some difficult decisions, especially this past year. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Hillary and my experience at Jewell Aesthetic Med Spa. After a really difficult breakup, I was in a very vulnerable place and had lost a lot of confidence in myself. During that time, I was talked into treatments at another med spa (AMS) that ultimately left me with significant, permanent scarring from a laser treatment, as well as filler results I was unhappy with. What made the experience even more difficult was feeling like my concerns about the damage were dismissed and that I was being gaslit about what I was seeing. I came to Hillary afterward, and the difference has been night and day. From my very first consultation, she has been empathetic, patient, and genuinely interested in understanding what I want rather than trying to sell me treatments. She listens. She takes the time to look at my individual facial structure and anatomy and creates a treatment plan around what will actually complement my features. One of the things I appreciate most is how conservative she is, but in the absolute best way. She isn’t trying to give everyone the same “Instagram face.” My results have looked natural and refreshed rather than overfilled or overly frozen. She has also been completely willing to tell me when she thinks I don’t need something, even when that means not doing a treatment I came in asking about. That level of honesty is incredibly valuable when you’re trusting someone with your face. She also takes her time. I never feel rushed through an appointment, and she explains what she’s doing and why. It’s obvious that Hillary has a genuine eye for facial balance and is a true artist when it comes to what she does. She understands that good aesthetics isn’t about changing someone’s face, it’s about enhancing what is already there. After having an experience that really damaged my confidence, finding someone who has helped me feel comfortable and confident again has meant so much to me. I have been thrilled with my Botox results, and I’m already very happy with my filler results even though they’re only a few hours old at this point haha. I also really appreciate that Hillary took my previous laser experience seriously and has been willing to look at the scarring and help me figure out what, if anything, can be done. I feel genuinely listened to and cared for at Jewell, and I never feel like I’m being pushed toward the next expensive treatment. If you’re looking for an injector who prioritizes natural results, listens to you, understands facial anatomy, and treats you like an actual person rather than a sale, I highly recommend Hillary. I am so grateful I found her.

JAMS is incredible! Hillary is absolutely the best in town, she is so knowledgeable and her work is top notch. Hillary’s staff is also amazing and her spa esthetics is 5 stars. I recommend JAMS to everyone I know!
